What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
Membership form: your name and email address.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your message, to manage your membership and to send your membership letter and certificate.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)) and, for members, the membership agreement (article 6(1)(b)).
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. The membership form is sent to Jengo by email through the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). [Contact form: same service - confirm]
Your data is only seen by the volunteers on the board who need it to answer you or manage memberships.
How long we keep it
Messages: [e.g. up to 12 months after we have answered - confirm].
Members: as long as you are a member, and [e.g. 12 months - confirm] after your membership ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@jengo.dk.
You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics.
